By scheduling weekly or biweekly lawn maintenance with Lush Landscapes WNY, the customer agrees to ensure that all lawn areas are free of debris, toys, furniture, pet waste, and other obstacles by 9:00 AM on the day of service. Clear access is required to complete mowing and trimming safely and efficiently. If the lawn is not accessible or prepared, or if a scheduled visit is canceled without at least 24 hours’ notice, a $20 cancellation fee will be applied. Weekly mowing is priced lower per visit than biweekly due to reduced overgrowth and time on site. All gates must be unlocked, and pets should be secured indoors prior to arrival. Services may be rescheduled due to inclement weather, with communication provided in advance. Invoices are sent per service, and prompt payment is expected to continue service. Lush Landscapes WNY reserves the right to adjust pricing or service terms with prior notice.
For all landscaping projects, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total project cost is required to secure your scheduled date. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled start date; cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. If cancellation occurs on the scheduled start date or after our crew has arrived on-site, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total project cost will be charged to cover labor scheduling, equipment allocation, and lost opportunities. Our Lush Lawn Revival uses a non-toxic, turf-safe colorant that is safe for children, pets, and the environment; however, customers should avoid lawn use until the product is fully dry (1–2 hours). Service applies only to turf areas, and while precautions are taken, accidental overspray may temporarily stain hard surfaces, so customers should remove obstacles before service and rinse any affected areas promptly. This service is cosmetic only and does not repair soil or turf health, and results may vary in duration depending on mowing, irrigation, weather, and lawn conditions. Applications are weather-dependent and may be rescheduled if rain, wind, or extreme conditions interfere, and Lush Landscapes WNY is not responsible for fading, runoff, or uneven coverage caused by weather after application. Payment is due at the time of service, all sales are final, and while results are not guaranteed for a set period, our team will always work in good faith to ensure customer satisfaction.
For all snow blowing services, full payment is required at the time of booking or, for seasonal contracts, prior to the start of the service period. Cancellations for one-time or per-event services must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service; cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $20 cancellation fee. If cancellation occurs on the scheduled service date or after our crew has arrived on-site, the full service cost will be charged. Seasonal contract holders who cancel mid-season will not receive a refund for unused services.
